We found the Jasper to be a good all round shoe for scrambling. The lacing extends right down to the toes enabling a tighter fit when needed and a more relaxed fit when walking.
They have a good quality foam insole which the thickness of determines the 1/2 size. The UK 9.5 and UK 10 have the same 28cm length insole but the 27.5 is thicker in height.
These are new and come with a spare pair of red laces.
